Charles Parnell MAAT
Charles Parnell qualified in 1980 after training with Dobkin, Northover
and Co, Chartered Accountants in Eastleigh, Hampshire. Moving into commerce
he developed his expertise by working for a number of Blue Chip Companies including
Rentokil Initial, IBC and the enormous Verbrugge International BV as well as
smaller local companies such as Millers Coaches and Cambus.
His roles although mainly involved with accountancy developed into Managerial
positions particularly within the Transport field and has provided him with added
experience in the disciplines of Employment Law, ICT, Administration and General
Management.
His ICT knowledge is extensive and he now provides on site advice and training
in Sage Software and Quickbooks.
Charles is married to Jane and has three daughters. He still plays hockey
for Bury St Edmunds and may at other times be seen on a golf course though
mainly under a tree or in a bunker.
Helen
Talbot
Helen Talbot is commencing a career in accounting and is currently training
for the AAT qualification. This follows a number of years spent raising a family.
At WPLC her days are spent on Bookkeeping and clerical support for the Directors.
She also works for another local company, Stormafit Ltd., where she provides general
accounting support.
Helen is married with three children and when she isn't studying, enjoys spending
time with her family walking or gardening.
